Hannah Sue Burnett led this year’s Preliminary Three-Day Event from start to finish—after posting a 30.6 during Thursday’s dressage test, the 24-year-old from The Plains, Virginia never looked back. Partnering with Jacqueline Mars’ Harbour Pilot, the pair earned high honors and a fair share of great prizes and prize money during today’s awards ceremony. Cathy Wieschhoff and her own Simba were runners-up with a 39.2. Alyssa Ryan and Free Joshua finished in third with 78.7, and Tiffany Lunney and My Tuition were fourth with 125.6.
