Pine Top Farm Advanced HT Schedule Change and Weather Announcement

By Pine Top - Press Release

In preparation for predicted winter weather, Pine Top Farm has adjusted its event schedule to accommodate for unusually harsh temperatures which are expected to dip into the lower teens on Wednesday and Thursday nights.

To allow for temperatures to moderate somewhat before starting Dressage, we will delay the start of Dressage for all CICs and Advanced divisions competing on Friday.

Advanced will now compete over two days, with Cross Country on Saturday.

Preliminary/Training and Training divisions will complete dressage on Saturday, but Stadium Jumping and Cross Country will have to run on Sunday for these divisions.

Please see the revised schedule for divisions listed below.

Competitors with on site stabling should make preparations for freezing temperatures. To protect water piping systems, direct access to normal water sources will be limited, but water will be available on site at all times. Please pack additional buckets and containers for water transportation.

Competitors with RV hook ups should prepare for water shuts offs starting Wednesday night.

“We appreciate everyone’s patience as we prepare for freezing temperatures. We have great courses prepared for the event and want every competitor the chance to compete in a safe, qualifying event.” says Janet and Glenn Wilson.

A final schedule of divisions and ride should be available Wednesday, February 18th.
