Photo Sequence: Avery Klunick's AEC Save

By USEA | October 9, 2014

Avery Klunick had a save for the history books during the 2014 Adequan USEA Gold Cup Final at the Texas Rose Horse Park. During her show jumping round, she had a refusal at a vertical coming into a triple combination and pulled In It To Win It's bridle over his head as she was tossed up his neck. Thanks to some quick thinking, Avery managed to put his bridle back on without dismounting or any outside assistance, both of which would have eliminated her from the competition. She got his hackamore back over his head and finished her course with a smile on her face! A true eventer's spirit!
