Optical Illusion Holds Onto The Win At The Virginia P3D

By USEA | May 23, 2011

Rails were falling left and right today at the Virginia Horse Trials, but Hope Nicyper-Meryman and Optical Illusion lowered only one fence to finish 13 points over her fellow SmartPak Equine/USEA Preliminary Three-Day Event Competitors. For her win in the P3D, Hope took home a chunk of prize money, a SmartPak Wellfleet Event Bridle, and a Fleeceworks Saddle Pad set. The results of the rest of the four person strong division did not change from overnight with Joanne Gelarden and Shackleton, Erin Kimmer and Coltrane, and Babette Lenna and Little Oliver taking home the red, yellow, and white respectively.
