We’re just one week from convening in New Orleans, Louisiana, at the Sheraton New Orleans hotel for this year’s USEA Annual Meeting & Convention on Dec. 11-14. Whether you’re registered and ready to attend or thinking about making a last-minute trip, the USEA has all you need to know to make the most out of your time in NOLA.

Registration

Click here to register for the 2025 USEA Annual Meeting & Convention on HorseConnect. The most cost-effective registration option for this year’s convention, which gives you access to all open meetings Thursday through Saturday and includes one ticket to the Annual Meeting of Members Luncheon on Saturday, is a full convention pass. Full convention passes are $280 per person for Full or Life USEA members or $155 per person for Junior and Collegiate USEA members if purchased during the early-bird window, which closes on Dec. 9. On Dec. 10-13, prices will increase to $300 for Full or Life members or $180 for Junior and Collegiate members, so don’t wait to submit your registration!

Special event tickets are also available for purchase, including extra tickets for the Annual Meeting of Members Luncheon & Keynote Address, registration for the Show Jumping Seminar, and seating at the USEA Annual Year-End Awards Dinner. Purchase your tickets here after selecting your registration type. Please note that Friday, Dec. 12 is the last day to purchase awards dinner tickets.

Accommodations

While the USEA room block is closed, members still have the opportunity to reserve a room at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel at the market rate. At this time, a Traditional King or Two Double Room starts at $194 per night, and a Deluxe King or Two Double Room starts at $211 per night. • Thursday, Dec. 11 at 6:00 p.m. Armstrong & Foyer 8^th Floor– USEA Board of Governors Welcome Reception
• Friday, Dec. 12 at 5:00 p.m. in Armstrong & Foyer 8^th Floor – “Beyond the Arena” Short Film Viewing Hosted by Area V & the USEA Foundation
• Sunday, Dec. 14 at 8:00 a.m. in Maurepas – USEA Board of Governors Closing Meeting

Tickets are available for purchase for the following functions:

• Thursday, Dec. 11 at 12:00 p.m. in Napoleon B1 – Show Jumping Seminar Led by Chris Barnard – Tickets to participate in the Show Jumping Seminar are $60 per person and give attendees access to a discussion on current trends in show jumping design led by FEI Level II and USEF ‘R’ licensed show jumping course designer, Chris Barnard. The seminar also serves as a Continuing Education Clinic for ‘R’ EVJCD’s and two ECP continuing education general credits.
• Saturday, Dec. 13 at 12:00 p.m. in Napoleon BC123 – USEA Annual Meeting of Members Luncheon and Keynote Presentation by Natalie Hummel – One ticket is included in each Full Registration. Additional tickets can be purchased for $65 per person. Hummel is a leading high-performance coach and nervous system expert who will present a bold vision for the future of equestrian sport. You won’t want to miss this session!
• Saturday, Dec. 13 at 6:30 p.m. in Napoleon BC123 – USEA Annual Year-End Awards Dinner – Come celebrate our year-end leaderboard champions and special award winners! Awards dinner tickets can be purchased for one person for $115, a table of 8 for $920, or a table of 10 for $1,150. All tickets must be purchased by Friday, December 12.
