Fifty-Four Pairs Pass Final Horse Inspection at Rolex Kentucky

By Shelby Allen - USEA Staff | May 1, 2016

Fifty-five horses we’re presented to the Ground Jury this morning on the final day of competition at the 2016 Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event. Unfortunately, one combination, Holly Payne Carvella and Never Outfoxed were sent to the hold box and were not accepted when re-presented. This pair was 19th after cross-county with no jump penalties.

Laine Ashker - the USEA vote for best dressed - and Anthony Patch.

Four other horses were sent to the hold box, but accepted on re-representation: Shamwari 4 (Boyd Martin), Veronia (Lauren Kieffer), Madison Park (Kyle Carter) and HHS Cooley (Liz Halliday-Sharp).

Riders will take on Richard Jeffery’s show jumping course starting at 1:00 p.m. and will run in reverse order of standing.
