The USEA's official magazine, Eventing USA, was recently awarded the prestigious title of best Association Publication in the 2010 USEF Pegasus Media Awards.

According to the guidelines, this award is presented to a USEF Affiliate publication that "in an exemplary manner, served to portray or promote equestrian competition or understanding of equestrian sport."

The AHA's Modern Arabian Horse was also a co-winner in this category.

Though Eventing USA has historically been published bi-monthly, this year the magazine has undergone a face lift and will be arriving in members' mailboxes ten times a year. The "new" magazine will be providing more current event previews and re-caps, educational articles, member profiles, and human (and equine!) interest pieces. The editorial team will work to make sure every USEA constituent is aptly represented, from Adult Riders to professionals, to course designers and organizers. Along with Omnibus tidbits, we've also added a new "Tack Room Omnibus" centerfold, for members to tear out and plan their eventing season.

Hopefully you've already renewed your membership, but if not, hurry to take advantage of all the issues of the magazine. A Non-Competing membership is only $35--you'll receive all ten issues of the magazine. That's just $3.50 an issue!
