Effective Immediately: No Charge for Change of Owner/Rider on USEA Registered Horses
Effective January 1 2015, as a benefit to our members, the USEA will no longer charge for the change of owner/rider for all USEA registered horses. However, a name change fee of $25.00 will still apply.
Effective March 1, members will be able to log into their account to make this change at no charge. We encourage everyone to update their horse's ownership, and to ensure that your contact information and membership are up to date for 2015.
