Craftsmanship Meets Tradition: D.G. Stackhouse & Ellis Renews Support of the USEA for 2026

The United States Eventing Association (USEA) is pleased to announce the renewal of its partnership with D.G. Stackhouse & Ellis, who will return as a Bronze Level Sponsor of both the 2026 USEA American Eventing Championships (AEC) and the USEA Classic Series.
Through their continued support, D.G. Stackhouse & Ellis will once again provide two custom saddles to be awarded through drawings for the winners of the Novice and Training Level Three-Day programs at the 2026 USEA Annual Meeting & Convention. In addition, the company will provide custom belt gift certificates to division champions at the 2026 USEA American Eventing Championships.
Founded by master saddle maker David Stackhouse and saddle maker Lesley Ellis, D.G. Stackhouse & Ellis specializes in handcrafted, custom saddles designed to meet the individual needs of both horse and rider. Each saddle is created using carefully selected, high-quality leather and is built with an emphasis on balance, comfort, durability, and fit. Rather than producing mass-market saddles, D.G. Stackhouse & Ellis takes a personalized approach to the saddle-making process. Each saddle is tailored to the rider’s measurements and the horse’s conformation, combining traditional craftsmanship with the practical needs of today’s equestrian athletes.
“The USEA is proud to continue our longstanding partnership with D.G. Stackhouse & Ellis,” said USEA CEO Rob Burk. “David and Lesley have built an exceptional reputation through their dedication to craftsmanship and their commitment to the comfort and performance of both horse and rider.”
Attendees are encouraged to visit D.G. Stackhouse & Ellis in the USEA Sponsor Vendor Village during the 2026 USEA AEC to learn more about their handcrafted saddles, custom fitting process, and personalized approach to saddle making.
