Clark Montgomery Captures the CIC3* Lead at The Fork
Clark Montgomery (pictured) finessed his way into the lead in the CIC3* today at The Fork Horse Trials in Norwood, North Carolina aboard Loughan Glen, owned by Holly Becker and Kathryn Kraft. The pair’s 42.3 bumped them ahead of Jennie Brannigan and Cambalda (45.9) and Tiana Coudray and Master Hill (46.4). After the second day of Advanced dressage, Heather Morris and Slate River remain atop the leaderboard with a 28.3, while the experienced duo of Kim Severson and Tipperary Liadhnan moved into second with their 29.0. After each scoring a 29.3, three riders are currently tied for third: Tiana Coudray and Ringwood Magister; Boyd Martin and Remington XXV; and Allison Springer and Arthur.
