Black Petticoat Returns as Bronze Level Sponsor of the 2020 AEC

By Claire Kelley - USEA Staff

The United States Eventing Association (USEA) is thrilled to announce the renewed partnership with Black Petticoat for the 2020 USEA American Eventing Championships presented by Nutrena Feeds (AEC). As a Bronze Level Sponsor of the AEC, Black Petticoat will award over $2,000 in products for AEC prizes. This year’s AEC will be held August 25-30, 2020 at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Kentucky.

“Black Petticoat is honored to be a part of the 2020 AEC! We are lifelong eventers ourselves, and we are thrilled to help support this amazing sport,” said Lauren Dunlap, owner of Black Petticoat.

Black Petticoat is a forward-thinking fashion and equestrian clothing retailer. Owner Lauren Dunlap and her mother, Rebecca Dunlap, have hand-selected each and every piece in their shop. Together they have curated a shop that includes timeless classic fashion pieces. They also offer stunning shoes and boots, unique jewelry, and equestrian clothing that can go from the streets to the stables to the show ring. Some of the brands that Black Petticoat carries include Asmar Equestrian, and the boutique fashion lines Indigenous Designs, Liebeskind Berlin, and Zeyzani.

“Black Petticoat offered some of the most elegant prizes last year at the AEC, and we are very excited to continue the partnership for this year,” said USEA CEO Rob Burk. “Lauren and Rebecca Dunlap are experts in equestrian fashion, and we are extremely grateful for their continued support.”
