The USEA is delighted to announce that Bit of Britain will be returning in 2012 as the Presenting Sponsor of the Nutrena USEA American Eventing Championships as well as continuing to be the Official Internet Catalog of the USEA.
For many years Bit of Britain has been a huge asset to the USEA offering discounts to our members such as the daily 5% discount on BitofBritain.com and the recent Mad Mondays 10% off promotion. Bit of Britain’s sponsorship also helps enable the USEA to provide the enormous amount of prize money at the AEC as well as lots of the fabulous prizes.
“Bit of Britain has always been a huge supporter of Eventing. Thus, it is only natural that the company supports not only the USEA but the American Eventing Championships,” said John Nunn, owner of Bit of Britain. “Since its inception I have made it a point to help sponsor the AECs in some way. Once again we are proud to be the Presenting Sponsor for the 2012 Nutrena USEA American Eventing Championships, and of course are delighted to continue offering USEA members a daily 5% discount on online purchases through being the Official Internet Catalog of the USEA. Hopefully it helps all Eventers even in the smallest of ways.”
Be sure and stop by Bit of Britain at the 2012 Nutrena USEA American Eventing Championships at Chattahoochee Hills in Fairburn, GA from September 6-9.
About Bit of Britain
In 1985 Bit of Britain was formed by a veterinarian in North East, Maryland, and was based out of a small tack shop in the back of a private stable, selling primarily to the racetrack trade. In 1991, John Nunn, who had trained race horses for over 15 years, purchased the company and sold tack and other racing goods on the racetrack out of a lorry.
Over the years the focus on quality products at reasonable prices has never changed. John Nunn has since gained a reputation for selling only products he knows and trusts, and those that he would use himself. Knowledge of equestrian sports and products is one of the defining factors for Bit of Britain. In fact, John is dedicated to hiring only keen sales associates who have knowledge and experience. Being able to help customers make the right buying decisions is part of what makes Bit of Britain a leader in the industry.
Today, Bit of Britain's headquarters in Oxford, PA consists of a large retail store, warehouse, and an active Mobile Store that travels to over 35 shows each year. The company produces two retail catalogs annually, and has a full service e-Commerce store for customers who like to shop 24/7! Keeping our website efficient and easy to use is paramount to our Online Service Team. Our goal is to offer our customers the same knowledge, courtesy, and quality, whether you shop our store, catalog or website!
