On April 15-18 the Florida International CCI2*/1* and Horse Trials in Ocala, Florida will play host to an exciting weekend of competition with big money being awarded to the winners.
The star of the weekend will be the Colebrooke Cup which will award $20,000 in prize money, generously sponsored by Brooke Crozier, to the winner of the CCI2* division. The competition will surely be stiff with riders contending for this valuable purse.
Also on the schedule for the weekend is the CCI1* where the winners will have a chance to take home $3,000 compliments of sponsor Carl Segal. Prize money will also be given to every horse trials division with an additional $3,500 allotted specifically for the Training Rider division.
New courses have been designed for every level and new jumps are in the process of being built to give competitors the best experience possible.

The "happiest horse trial on Earth," the USEA Intercollegiate Eventing Championship, got a whole lot happier this year with the inclusion of the inaugural USEA Interscholastic Eventing Championship. Just shy of 200 entries competed at the 2024 joint championships which took place from May 4-5 at Stable View in Aiken, South Carolina. There were pom poms and banners and glitter galore, but team spirit was of the greatest abundance as young riders from the 5th grade through college gathered together to share their pride for their team.
