Eleven teams of juniors and young riders from across the U.S. and Canada have flocked to Loch Moy Farm this week for the U.S. Equestrian Federation Eventing Young Rider National Championships, held alongside the Maryland International.

Regulations around whip usage changed in April of 2025, and the Eventing Riders Association of North American (ERAofNA) felt it was important to dedicate an edition of Rule Refresher to changes made to rule EV112.3 in the June 26, 2026
