“Capital Square is pleased to announce a corporate partnership with United States Equestrian Association (USEA), a non-profit 501(c)(3) educational organization committed to advancing the equestrian sport of “eventing” through education of riders, trainers, officials, and organizers, with the health and well-being of the horse of paramount importance,” said Louis Rogers, founder and CEO of Capital Square. Rogers is an active amateur eventer himself, campaigning his trusty Irish Sport Horses, Russel and Leo, throughout the southeast. “Many members of USEA own farms and ranches, which typically qualify for tax deferral under Section 1031. Also, other USEA members are seeking tax-advantaged real estate investments to maximize their after-tax returns. Our team looks forward to making Capital Square’s suite of tax-advantaged real estate investments available to the membership and working with USEA to advance the sport.”
