US Equestrian Opens Search for USEF Eventing Program Development Coach

US Equestrian is now accepting applications for the USEF Eventing Program Development Coach position, part of the USEF Eventing Pathway Program.
The USEF Eventing Development Coach will work closely with USEF Eventing High Performance Manager and Chef d'Equipe, Leslie Law, and High Performance Advisor, Karyn Shuter, and report to Managing Director of Eventing, Amber Braun.
The responsibilities of the Development Coach are to review and refine the direction of the USEF Eventing Development and Development 25 programs, while supporting selected combinations to continue building depth of talent, and identifying key performance indicators for program participants to ensure continued progress and momentum.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of competitive success as well as depth of experience with program and athlete development. The USEF Eventing Development Coach will focus on working with program athletes to identify areas for areas for improvement within their individual programs, deliver guidance and coaching during scheduled training sessions, as well as provide support at competitions.
The overarching goal of the USEF Development Program is to identify and support athletes with the perceived talent and ability to represent the U.S. at future international championships.
