The U.S. Equestrian Federation has announced a change to the U.S. Olympic Eventing Team prior to the start of competition at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Traveling reserve combination Liz Halliday and Nutcracker will move into the three-member team, replacing Will Coleman and Diabolo.
U.S. Eventing Team Chef d’Equipe Bobby Costello has confirmed U.S. Eventing Team athlete Will Coleman will now compete direct reserve selection, Diabolo, a 12-year-old Holsteiner gelding (Diarado x Aljano 2) owned by the Diabolo Group and cared for by Hailey Burlock and Erin Jarboe.

Kozumplik and the 19-year-old Selle Français gelding, owned by Edith Rameika, jumped clear over Morgan Rowsell’s cross-country course to clinch the title on a final score of 28.9.
The U.S. Equestrian Federation is pleased to announce the host location of the 2024 USEF/USEA Developing Horse National Championships, which will take place at Morven Park International & Fall Horse Trials in Leesburg, Virginia from Oct. 10-13. This national championship will feature two divisions—the first for 6-year-old horses competing at the CCI2*-S level, and the second for 7-year-old horses competing at the CCI3*-S level.
