Jennie Saville had been hoping to be a bit more competitive at the Advanced level this season with FE Connory, so when she came to the inaugural Maryland International CCI4*-S this weekend as a final prep run before CCI4*-L at Rebecca Farm (Kalispell, Montana) at the end of the month, she came to win.
The countdown to the Maryland International & Horse Trials hosted at Loch Moy Farm in Adamstown, Maryland, on July 5-7 has begun. With competition for all FEI divisions from CCI1* to CCI4*-S, as well as national levels Training through Advanced, local riders will be able to compete alongside the best of the best.
Jennie Saville’s had a busy spring preparing three horses for the Land Rover Kentucky Three-Day Event, but as the spring season wound down, she was able to focus more on her up-and-coming horses like FE Connory.

The Maryland International and Horse Trials will run from July 7-9, 2023, at Loch Moy Farm in Adamstown, Maryland. The Maryland International is one of only a few equestrian events of this caliber in the area. A range of divisions are offered from Training level through Advanced as well as FEI levels: CCI1*-S, ,2*-S, 3*-S, and 4*-S.
