The 2022 USEA FEH Central Championships Show a Glimpse of the Future of Eventing
This weekend's USEA Future Event Horse (FEH) Central Championships, which took place at Haras Hacienda in Magnolia, Texas, brought forth 24 promising young horses for presentation to judges Christel Carlson and Karen Winn. Carlson & Winn applauded the beautiful facility and how well the event was run. When asked how the quality of horses in the Central Championships compared to the East and West coasts, Carlson commented, "there are good horses in all areas. There are average horses and good horses that have average days, but there are good horses in every area." Winn furthered the sentiment by remarking, “many of these horses in the Central Championships came from a very long way to be here, and many of them are returning horses as well. We appreciate seeing that for the program.”

Fast Facts: 2022 USEA FEH Central Championships
This Sunday, October 9, 2022 the second leg of the 2022 USEA Future Event Horse (FEH) Championships will take place at Haras Hacienda in Magnolia, Texas. The FEH East Coast Championships took place September 17-18 at Loch Moy Farm in Adamstown, Maryland, and the last of the three regional competitions will get be hosted by Twin Rivers Ranch in Paso Robles, California on October 28-29, 2022.

The Next Generation is Named at the 2021 USEA FEH Central Championships
A new set of champions were crowned today at the 2021 USEA Future Event Horse (FEH) Central Championships at Haras Hacienda in Magnolia, Texas. Judged by Lori Hoos and Katie Rocco, the Central Championships saw a total of 21 horses ranging from yearlings to 4-year-olds. “Today was a wonderful day. The venue at Haras [Hacienda] is so elegant, and it’s a pleasure to be here. The horses were well-mannered, and well presented,” said Hoos. Rocco added, “I agree that this was a phenomenal experience, and what a fabulous place to host this, it was wonderful. There is true sincerity of people caring about this program here.”
