We look forward to seeing you at more events in the future and growing our partnership with the USEA,” said Donna Murray, sales manager of Schneider’s Saddlery.
Milton Schneider founded Schneider’s Saddlery in 1948 in Ohio, and it has grown over the last 60 years to a worldwide name in the horse world. From blankets and bits to fly sprays and stall guards, Schneider’s Saddlery is a one stop shop for event riders. With the goal of “Exceptional Value in Every Brand at Every Price Point,” Schneider’s Saddlery’s staff are knowledgeable people with years of experience. The company sells their own private label as well as many other well-known brands that event riders can enjoy.
“The USEA is elated to welcome Schneider’s Saddlery to our eventing family!” said USEA CEO Rob Burk. “Schneider’s Saddlery has everything our members need to outfit their equine partners in style. They sell so many great household names at a great price. They’ll be providing the champion coolers and scrims at most of our championships, and we can’t wait to see our members sporting them proudly. We thank Schneider’s Saddlery for their support, and all our members should visit their booth at the USEA American Eventing Championships in August.”

Ride iQ’s popular “Ask An Expert” series features professional advice and tips from all areas of the horse industry. One of the most-downloaded episodes is an expert session with Peter Gray, an accomplished dressage judge and Olympic eventer. He has recently judged at events like the five-star at the Defender Kentucky Three-Day Event, and he served on the ground jury at the 2022 FEI World Eventing Championships in Pratoni, Italy. His background as a competitor in the Olympic Games riding for Bermuda and as a coach and selector for the Canadian eventing team adds depth to his understanding of the sport.
With a total of 382 volunteer hours in 2024, Catherine “Cathy” Hale not only topped the USEA Area III VIP Volunteer leaderboard, but she also ranked fourth out of all eventing volunteers across the country. Hale (The Villages, Florida) has worked as a travel agent for over 30 years, a career that suits her love of travel nicely. At the time of being interviewed for this article, Hale was passing the equator on a cruise to Tahiti, New Zealand, and Australia.
