Meet the Entries of the 2025 $60,000 Adequan USEA Advanced Final

There are six exciting horse and rider pairs entered in this year's $60,000 Adequan USEA Advanced Final which takes place during the USEA American Eventing Championships (AEC) presented by Nutrena Feeds. The AEC kicks off on Wednesday, Aug. 27, and the Advanced Final gets underway on Thursday, Aug. 28 at Galway Downs in Temecula, California. Learn more about these top entries below!

Fast Facts:

  • Regalla is the only mare contesting the division this year. She will take on the Advanced division with rider Taren Hoffos. There are five geldings in the mix, and no stallions.
  • Six different breeds are represented this year: Westphalian, Oldenburg, Canadian Warmblood, British Sport Horse, Dutch Warmblood, and Zangersheide.
  • Eight is the age of the youngest horse competing (That’s Me Z) and 16 is the oldest (Master Class).
  • Taren Hoffos is the only rider with two entries in the Advanced Final with Regalla and Master Class.
  • Tommy Greengard and That’s Me Z are just coming off a third-place finish in The Event at Rebecca Farm CCI4*-S (Kalispell, Montana) with Carravagio II and Rebecca Braitling (AUS) just behind them in the top 5, while Karen O’Neal and Clooney 14 found themselves in 11th place in the CCI4*-L.
  • Every rider competing in the Advanced Final is competing at least two or more horses at the AEC. Tommy Greengard will be the busiest with seven horses competing including: Casa de Prestige in the Training Horse Division, That's Me Z in the Advanced Final, Tanqueray in Open Modified, SD Fort I Valent in Novice Horse, Balladeer Kilbrickens Lad in Open Intermediate, Black Hole Sun in Novice Horse, and MBF Google in Open Preliminary.

The $60,000 Adequan® USEA Advanced Final will take place at the 2025 USEA American Eventing Championships presented by Nutrena Feeds at Galway Downs in Temecula, California on Aug. 27-29, 2025. About the Adams Horse Supply USEA Adult Team Championships

The Adams Horse Supply USEA Adult Team Championships, which debuted in 2014, is the capstone event for the USEA Area Adult Team Challenges, providing adults the chance to compete as a team and represent their Area of the country in a friendly and fun environment. Historically, adult riders had three regional Team Challenges in which to compete with fellow adults in a team environment, with the locations changing each year. In 2013, the USEA Adult Rider Coordinators voted to move to support Adult Team Challenges taking place in all 10 Areas across the country, with the finale being the ATC at the USEA American Eventing Championships presented by Nutrena Feeds. Each Area can send up to eight teams from Starter Level to Modified Level to the ATC.
