After much deliberation we have reconsidered our policy for a refund for the cancellation of the GMHA September Horse Trials. GMHA is now offering to refund $100 per entry to competitors.
To receive a refund you need to request it in writing by sending an email to [email protected] with the name of the rider, the name of the horse and the division entered. Please make your request by September 9, 2011; we will process them as fast as we can. All remainder funds will go to the restoration of the GMHA.
Volunteer work days are scheduled for September 10th 9-1 and September 17th 10 – 2 more information will be posted shortly

Familiarizing yourself with the key players at each horse trial is an important step to your success at your next competition. One of those important figures is the show secretary. Think of the show secretary as the mastermind behind most of the organizational efforts related to each horse trial. They manage entries, the show schedule, ride times, stabling, and so much more. Without the hard work of the show secretary and their office staff, a horse trial simply would not be able to operate.
