Future Event Horse Class Added to NWSHBA Breed Show Series
The Northwest Sport Horse Breeders’ Association have added an IDHSNA USEA Future Event Horse class to their show on Friday, August 24 beginning at approximately 3:00 pm. The FEH class will be followed on Saturday and Sunday by Dressage Sport Horse Breeding qualifier shows each day, as well as, the GAIG/USDF Northwest DSHB Series Championship Finals on Sunday.
The NWSHBA Breed Show is located at Donida Farm Equestrian Center in Auburn, Washington.
Both FEH and the dressage entries compete individually on the triangle. FEH is open to Yearling through three-year-olds. Dressage classes are open to current year foals through three-year-olds and breeding stock of any age.
Dress: Conservative sports attire (for example – khakis pants, polo shirt or “whites” used for breed shows and inspections, shoes suitable for running safely in arena footing).
Boots, Bridles, & Braiding: No boots. Bridles required for 2 year olds and older. Yearlings may be shown in halter or bridle. Braiding optional, but recommended.
Entry fee: FEH $35 per class, Office Fee $20 per entry, Dog fee $30. Dogs must be leashed. Entry forms at http://www.nwshba.com
Stabling: Day stall (includes one night) $40, Initial bedding provided, Additional bedding $8.00 per bag, Haul-in fee per day if not stabling $15.
