Fair Hill Re-Cap from Megan Moore
Megan Moore of Team CEO Eventing in Georgetown, Kentucky trekked out to this year’s Fair Hill CCI** with her two horses, The Grasshopper and Widespread Panic. After a whirlwind weekend, which involved busted tall boots before dressage (and a blister dilemma from new boots!), traffic jams, a runaway dressage ring, fabulous cross-country rounds, jog malfunctions, the heartbreak of the nail-biting final horse inspection, a nearly-perfect show jumping round, a top 20 finish, an exploded truck engine, and the unexpected icing on the cake… she was chosen to win the Sportsmanship Award!
