Back In Action At The Inaugural CCI3* At Galway Downs

Kristin Bachman of Lovettsville, Virginia and her 16-year-old Thoroughbred gelding, Gryffindor, were back in international action today as the Galway Downs International Three-Day Event commenced with the first horse inspection. They are entered in the first ever CCI3* division to be held on the west coast, along with 19 other entries from around the U.S., with representatives from Great Britain, Germany, India, and Uruguay. Competitors in the CCI1*, CCI2* and SmartPak Equine USEA Classic Series divisions--the Training and Preliminary Three-Days--also jogged this afternoon.
