Per USEF Rule GR909, we will not accept an entry unless/until the following have been submitted: Entry Form,USEA/USEF waiver signed by ALL applicable parties, and fees.
Entries missing these items will be marked as 'Not Accepted' and will not be scheduled.

Fees
Entry Fee: YEH-4, YEH-5: $145 + $20 USEA Starter Fee. Opportunity Event Horse: $145 + $10 USEA Starter Fee. No grounds fee.
Non-compete Horse: $60.
Office Fee: $10/entry.
Stabling:$30/night. 10 stalls available on-site. Stalls are to be booked directly through The Vista - [email protected]. Stabling will not be available through event entries.
Change Fee: $25, no changes after 5/4/2026.
Refunds: Before C.D. - Less $35 non-refundable office fee. After C.D. - No refund on entry or stabling. Competition Cancellation: No refund - XC schooling pass will be offered. Refund checks will be mailed within 30 days of competition.
USEA Starter Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter fee (YEH-$20 and OEH-$10), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the first test scheduled.
Entries
USEA Membership required for all horse & rider combinations for YEH classes.
USEA membership is not required for either the horse or rider to compete in OEH classes, similar to the regulations currently in place for the Starter Division.
Bridle Numbers will be used for all phases.

Stabling/Veterinarian
4 Stall & 6 Stall barn. 12' x 12' and 14'x14'' matted and ventilated stalls with metal stall gates, lights and fans. $30/night.

We will be running Unrecognized FEH at this event for yearlings, two year olds and three year olds. You can enter online the same way through www.evententries.com

All Dogs must be on a leash.
XC Course will be closed Sunday, May 3rd.
The Vista is openfor dressage, show jump and XC schooling daily (closed Mondays).
SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
SHARPS CONTAINERS:Sharps containers can be found in multiple locations in the stabling area and in trailer parking on fence by wash rack. Competition Management may fine any individual up to $100 for improper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments. Be sure to use the USEF online declaration form to declare and legal drugs administered to your horse. See USEF General Rules for more information.
