Fullrefund before CD; After CD Norefund unless, entry or stabling can be filled from a wait list. A refund for either will be refunded less $25. USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED & PAID BY CLOSING DATE! ENTRIES RECEIVED AFTER CLOSING DATE ARE SUBJECT TO A $50 POST ENTRY FEE. An entry is considered complete ifit is received by hard copy, or Xentry, with full payment before closing date. If your entry fulfills these requirements, you will not be charged a late fee. $50 returned check fee. Double Entries: Accepted, non-refundable $20 fee.

All horses must have their vaccine records submitted to:2026 Horse Trials Equine Influenza and Equine Herpes Vaccinationand with them to enter show grounds. PER USEF GR845 horses must have been vaccinated for Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus within 6 months of entering show grounds!
Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

Stabling/Veterinarian
Absolutely no arrivals prior to 10 am Thursday July 2nd. Unless you have made prior arrangements with management;Stabling limited; 200 stalls on grounds. PLEASE ORDER YOUR SHAVINGS with YOUR ENTRY. 1 bag OFSHAVINGS PROVIDED. SHAVINGS ARE $12.00 PER BAG. $230/stall. Tack Stall $230 if available. Thursday 10 am to Monday 10 am. Stall doors. Trailer-in fee $100 for the weekend, for non-stabled horses. Non-compete horses $100, plus stabling. Includes a XC school on Sunday after the last horse goes XC. Non-competing horses will be issued bridle tags that must be worn at all times after 3 pm Friday. extra nights ($45). Feed/hay/bedding available for purchase; further info from secretary. Stabling requests must accompany entry.
If you are staying over for Summer II, please include Monday and Tuesday stabling in your entry.
Veterinarian:Chapparral Veterinary Medical Center, will be on site. Farrier: TBA, will be on site. Phone numbers posted on score board.

We also realize that guidelines and protocol are changingsevery day. We will keep you up to date on our website. Cross-country course closed. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and rider´s birth date on entry. Entry limit: 200. Dogs must be leashed. $50 fine for loose dogs; money donated to the course development fund. Week 2 of our Summer Coconino Horse Trials is including;
The TR, N, and BN3 Day Test. It is an educational fun competition. We will teach you how to present your horse for the trot-ups. Give yourself a chance to school a steeplechase fence. Learn all about the vet box. There will be talks every day from top riders and instructors on all the phases of a 3-day competition.

SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
