Your Voice Matters: USEA Strategic Planning Calls for Member Feedback
After meeting at the 2025 USEA Annual Meeting & Convention, the USEA Strategic Planning Committee has emphasized three focus areas for 2026 and beyond: membership, education, and competitions.
These focus area groups, led by champions Carol Kozlowski (Competitions), Liz Hoskinson (Membership), and Jennifer Howlett Rousseau (Education) are reviewing ideas discussed during the Dec. 10 Strategic Planning gathering.
In addition, these groups are hoping to generate ideas to be implemented in 2026 as well as more long term thoughts for 2027-2030. Feedback from USEA membership is encouraged to help these groups get broad views on the challenges eventing faces in the future.
With that in mind, a feedback form was created in hopes that our members will provide their thoughts and feedback for the groups to share with the committees. In turn, the Strategic Planning Committee will be providing monthly feedback to membership regarding the action items set in place as a result.
