Together for the Thoroughbred: The Jockey Club Renews Sponsorship with the USEA

The United States Eventing Association (USEA) is pleased to announce the continuation of its partnership with The Jockey Club for the 2025-2026 season.
Under the renewed agreement, The Jockey Club will serve as a Silver Sponsor of the USEA American Eventing Championships (AEC) and as a Contributing Sponsor of the USEA Young Event Horse (YEH) Program. At both the AEC and the YEH Championships, the Jockey Club will provide Thoroughbred Incentive Program (T.I.P.) awards to all TIP champions and reserve champions.
Established in 1894, The Jockey Club is the breed registry for Thoroughbred horses in North American. It is the official keeper of the American Stud Book, having long been dedicated to preserving the Thoroughbred breed and the integrity of horse racing. For more than 125 years, the organization has also played a vital role in educating the public about racing, improving equine welfare, and marketing the sport. Among its many initiatives, The Jockey Club created the Thoroughbred Incentive Program, which encourages and rewards the repurposing of retired racehorses into new careers. T.I.P. provides recognition and sponsorship for Thoroughbreds competing in a range of equestrian disciplines, including eventing.
“We are proud to once again sponsor the American Eventing Championships and the Young Event Horse Program,” said Kristin Werner, director of industry initiatives for The Jockey Club and administrator of T.I.P. “Thoroughbreds are such amazing athletes, and eventing showcases their abilities as well as or better than any other sport.”
“The Jockey Club has been a tremendous advocate for Thoroughbreds within the sport of eventing,” said USEA CEO Rob Burk. “Their support of the AEC and the Young Event Horse Program not only elevates these competitions but also helps us continue to highlight the contributions of Thoroughbreds in our sport. We are grateful for their partnership and ongoing dedication to the success of our equine athletes and riders.”
This partnership reflects a shared commitment to promoting the value, versatility, and longevity of Thoroughbreds in the eventing community. To discover more about what The Jockey Club T.I.P. has to offer, visit tjctip.com.
