The #AEC2021 Daily: Tuesday

It's go time! The 2021 USEA American Eventing Championships (AEC) presented by Nutrena Feeds have finally arrived. Horses and riders have traveled from all over the country to compete against the best at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Kentucky. The Intermediate, Bates USEA Preliminary Amateur, Bates USEA Preliminary Horse, Bates USEA Preliminary Rider, and Bates USEA Junior/Young Rider Preliminary will perform their dressage tests today across four arenas, beginning at 8:20 a.m. and concluding with the last Intermediate rider at 5:16 p.m.

All horses and riders at every level will perform their respective Test B for their level. Check out Intermediate Test B and Preliminary Test B.

    Martin and Cooley Nutcracker Rise to the Top at Yanmar American Tryon International CCI4*-L

    Day 3 of competition at the Yanmar America Tryon International Spring Three-Day Event presented by Tow & Collect showcased Clayton Frederick’s course design at the picturesque White Oak Cross-country course at Tryon International Equestrian Center & Resort (Tryon International). The leaderboard of the CCI4*-L division saw a shakeup after two phases of competition.

    Townend Stays On Top at MARS Badminton Horse Trials

    here was a dramatic finish to cross-country day at the MARS Badminton Horse Trials when the top two riders, Oliver Townend, with Paul and Diana Ridgeon's mare Cooley Rosalent, and Ros Canter with Lordships Graffalo, were both awarded 15 penalties for going the wrong side of a fence flag.
