The 2025 USEA Eventing Coaches Program (ECP) Symposium, Hosted by Galway Downs is just one week away, and the USEA is proud to present the list of ECP Faculty that will be on site leading this three-day, immersive educational experience. On Jan. 14-16, eventing enthusiasts will convene in Temecula, California, to learn how coaches can hone their evaluation skills at all levels by identifying the correct, incremental steps of progression needed for each individual horse and rider combination. The 2025 ECP Symposium, Hosted by Galway Downs is just over a month away, which means it is time to submit your registration for this must-attend educational event. On Jan. 14-16, interested attendees will converge on Temecula, California, for an important, impactful, and interactive experience focusing on honing the evaluation skills of coaches at all levels by identifying the correct, incremental steps of progression needed for each individual horse and rider combination.

For the first time, the annual USEA ECP Symposium will be heading West to offer this three-day, immersive educational experience to a wider audience of interested candidates. On Jan. 14-16, 2025, the ECP Symposium will be hosted by Galway Downs in Temecula, California, and all are encouraged to attend. Whether you are an interested coach, rider, parent, owner, breeder, or avid supporter of the sport of eventing, there is a place for you to learn at next year’s symposium.

The USEA Area VI Championships took place at Galway Downs in Temecula, California, from Oct. 30-Nov. 3. We caught up with some of the winners!

The field of competitors at the Eventing Championships at Galway Downs CCI4*-L bring together a wealth of experience to contest the final FEI competition on the West Coast calendar.

One of the final CCI4*-Ls of the 2024 season takes place this weekend during The Eventing Championships at Galway Downs in Temecula, California. In addition to hosting the USEA Area VI Championships, Galway Downs is also offering CCI1*-L, CCI2*-L, CCI3*-L, and CCI4*-L divisions to allow West Coast competitors to close out their 2024 season with a bang!

Young professional Tommy Greengard and That’s Me Z added this year’s Galway Downs Preliminary Challenge title to their two years of ongoing successes in the sport. Launched in 2009, the Challenge is a West Coast fixture on the spring eventing circuit, giving horses and riders a step-up opportunity with slightly more difficult dressage and show jumping demands.

Horses and riders were undaunted by the condensed schedule mandated by Saturday's heavy rain forecast. They embraced an unusually busy day of competition to close out the Galway Downs International Horse Trials with super sport and high spirits.
