Red Hills Show Jumping Pics - CIC3*W

By Emily Daily | March 21, 2008

Photos from the CIC3*W division's show jumping phase at Red Hills Horse Trials last weekend.

Up Spirit memorizes the course...
It was Clark Montgomery & Up Spirit who pulled off the victory in the division - racking up the first Gold Cup points of the season as well.
Karen O'Connor & Rebecca Broussard's Allstar moved up from 3rd to take home the 2nd place ribbon.
Awesome shot of Allison Springer & Arthur!
She had to have been thrilled with her third place finish!
Big jump for Emilee Libby & Cahir. They finished their weekend in 3rd place.
Canadian Selena O'Hanlon seemed especially pleased with Elaine Davies' bay gelding Colombo. The pair added only two time faults to finish in 5th place.
Laine Ashker & her Hobbity New Zealand Thoroughbred Frodo Baggins finished the event in 6th after dropping two rails.
Neville Bardos is a spectacular jumper! He and Australian Boyd Martin finished in 8th.
The concentration paid off - they left all the rails in their cups.
Phillip Dutton & Nina Garson's Loose N' Cool had a beautiful fault-less round to finish in 8th.
Jonathan Holling pulled himself together after a rough weekend to finish with a double-clear show jumping round on Lion King II, owned by his lovely wife Jennifer. The pair won here last year, but sadly had to make do with a 9th place finish in '08.
Sarah Hansel & her gelding The Quiet Man rounded out the Top Ten.
Awesome jumper!
Cammy O'Rourke & Kirby Park Irish Jamie placed 11th.
This Australian pair is entered at Rolex Kentucky this year!
Diana Burnett & Manny, owned by John & Nadia Lennox. I had the pleasure of meeting the Lennox's on Sunday - very neat people!
Diana & Manny placed 12th. I've always been a fan of hers, she had a great number of horses competing this weekend and always seems to do really well.
Kyle Carter & his own Madison Park placed 13th.
Scopin' out the course.
I love the "ho hum" look on Madison Park's face.
Determined!
Cool shot of Tara Ziegler & her own Buckingham Place looking very stylish & correct (she always has awesome position!). They placed 14th.
Looks like he's jumping the armadillo, too! :) Here's O'Connor Squared: The Pony (Teddy O'Connor) & Karen O'Connor who placed 15th
Still looking very determined :) By the way, what a nifty horse!
Love this picture - look at the air he's getting over this big fat oxer!
Wee little pony ears!
This picture's kind of fun, because he's turning it gives the illusion that Karen's feet are only about a foot off the ground...hehe.
Looking very business-like.
Jose Luis Ortelli, Jr. from Argentina & his Jos Aladar - placed 16th. I believe Jose competed at the Pan Am's last summer.
