This release focused on helping event organizing committees work more efficiently, manage schedules with greater confidence, improve scoring workflows, and give participants clearer access to event information. New Features and Enhancements

Smarter Scheduling and Ride Time Management:

• Event organizing committees now have more flexible tools for managing ride times, including the ability to choose from available open or extra time slots directly from Entry Details.
• Ride time updates now show helpful details like date, time, and ring name, making it easier for staff to make changes confidently.
• Custom ride times and out-of-block scheduling are now supported, giving event staff more flexibility when real-world event changes come up.
• Ride times can now be edited by phase in the 'Scheduler' module, so staff can make targeted updates without disrupting the full schedule.
• Slot swapping and released ride times are handled more smoothly, helping keep schedules accurate as changes are made.
  

Improved Event Setup and Public Information:

• RV assignments can now be shared through a public calendar link.
• New icons for Program, Show Jumping, and Cross-Country course maps make event materials easier to recognize.
• Event rollover now includes clearer guidance and password-protected support.
• The public calendar now only shows the 'Register' button when registration is open, giving participants a clearer experience.

More Complete Entry Forms and Signature Tracking:

• New download options were added for Young Event Horse, Mini Trials, and FEI entry forms.
• ShowConnect now gives users a clear message when an entry form is not available.
• When a rider is entered in multiple divisions, users are prompted to choose the correct division before downloading the form.
• Signature tracking is now clearer across ShowConnect, Xentry, and hand signed documents, including signature method, date, and time.
• Staff can now review signature details in 'Manage Entries', 'Entry Details', and printed entry forms.

Stronger Scoring Workflows:

• Scoring updates focused on helping event staff work faster and more accurately during live events.
• Performance improvements were made across Dressage, Show Jumping, Cross Country, and classic-format phases.
• Scorers now have clearer ride time references, smoother movement between riders, and better organization of letter-coded riders.
• Inspection tabs now include reminders to finalize inspections before results are completed.
• Scoring setup now includes clearer guidance when required speed settings may affect time penalty calculations.
• Scorers will have the eliminated or letter coded riders to the bottom of the page with light pink color coding, giving the scorer a visual effect in the scoring module.

Expanded FEI Support:

• FEI XML export functionality was added to help events prepare results files for the FEI platform.
• The export is designed to support FEI event structure and scoring requirements.
• Built-in validation helps teams prepare cleaner files before upload.

Clearer Reports and Event Records:

• Several reports now include more complete information and cleaner layouts.
• The 'Entry List Report' now includes expanded rider, horse, owner, microchip, and stall assignment details.
• The 'Horse Inspection Report' now includes microchip information and is focused on FEI divisions.
• The 'Pre-Order' and 'Hay & Shavings' reports were combined into a more streamlined report with shavings quantity and improved stall assignment details.
• Fees and results reports now provide clearer filtered views and improved printed output.

Scheduling and Conflict Management:

• Scheduling now better supports ride time changes outside standard blocks while keeping venue and slot details aligned.
• Original ride time slots are released when riders are reassigned, helping the staff keep schedules clean.
• Conflict handling was improved, so shift actions stay within the correct venue for same-level divisions.
• Clearer messages now appear when shift actions are completed, partially completed, or cannot be completed.

Scoring Accuracy and Results Handling:

• Scoring workflows now better support multiple riders being scored at the same time.
• 'Save & Next Rider' now keeps each rider’s scores separate.
• Time penalties now update correctly when start or end times are changed or removed.
• Dressage, Show Jumping, Cross Country, and classic-format scoring now handle penalty points, comments, elapsed time, and letter codes more consistently.
• Results printouts now include clearer legend details for 'Inspection Fail' and 'Withdraw.'

Entry Form, Waiver, and Import Improvements:

• State-specific waiver handling was improved for Arizona, Colorado, Kentucky, Montana, Texas, Utah, and Washington electronic signatures. Any new state waiver is easy to add.
• Entry forms now show both signature date and time.
• CCI Long imports from Xentry now create the appropriate event type.
• Ride time modules now respect the Classic Division setting for endurance phases.
• 'Scheduling' and 'Ride Time' reports now better reflect the correct phase structure for FEI long-format divisions.
• Horse records are easier to save and edit when foal date information is incomplete.

Performance and Reliability:

• General system performance was improved across ShowConnect.
• Live scoring received targeted performance improvements to support busy event periods.
• Large scoring data loads were reduced, helping scoring pages load and save more reliably during live events.

These updates are designed to help Organizing Committees save time, reduce manual effort, and deliver a clearer experience for staff, competitors, and participants. From scheduling and scoring to entry forms, reports, and FEI support, ShowConnect continues to become a stronger platform for managing successful events.
