Hunt Wins Luhmühlen CCI4*, Wooten-Dafoe Top American

Jennifer Wooten-Dafoe (pictured) was the highest placed American rider this weekend at the Luhmühlen CCI4* in Germany, finishing in 18th aboard Daisy Tognazzini's mare The Good Witch. Allison Springer withdrew Arthur after a minor injury on cross-country (read more on Allison's blog), and Michael Pollard withdrew Wonderful Will prior to the start of cross-country. The experienced combination of Sharon Hunt (GBR) and Tankers Town dropped only a single rail to win the event by 0.2 points, while overnight leaders Ingrid Klimke (GER) and FRH Butts Abraxxas settled for runners-up with their eight faults.
