Gold Cup Fast Facts: Richland Park Horse Trials

The USEA is on the ground in Richland, Mich. for this Gold Cup CIC3* and Advanced Qualifier at Richland Park. Competitors with a solid completion here this weekend will be qualified for the 2017 Adequan USEA Gold Cup Championship at the 2017 USEA American Eventing Championships. Here’s all the links and information you'll need to follow along.

  • CIC3*: 25 competitors | Advanced: 15 competitors | Entry Status | Ride Times
  • Event Schedule
    • Thursday: Dressage - CIC3*, 9:30a – 1:50p, Advanced 2 – 4p
    • Saturday: Cross-Country – CIC3* 12 - 1:20p, Advanced 1:30 – 2:15p
    • Sunday: Show Jumping – CIC3* 12:25 – 1:15p, Advanced 1:45 – 2:20p
  • In addition to being an Adequan USEA Gold Cup Qualifier, the Advanced division is now named to honor Philippa Humphreys.
  • Proceeds from the event will benefit the Cheff Therapeutic Riding Center, in Augusta, Mich.
  • Ian Stark (GBR) and Bert Wood (USA) are the cross-country course designers
  • Marc Donovan (USA) is the show jumping course designer
  • The official event hashtag is #RichlandParkHorseTrials – so share accordingly!

YEH Symposium Cancelled for February 2025

The United States Eventing Association, Inc. (USEA) and the USEA Young Event Horse (YEH) Committee regretfully announce that the 2025 YEH Symposium, planned for Monday, Feb. 17 in Ocala, Florida, has been cancelled. Following the great success of the event in 2024 and due to unforeseen changes in venue availability, the YEH Committee has made the difficult decision to cancel the upcoming educational event to ensure that the quality of the symposium is not sacrificed.
