Give Your Announcer the Story Behind Every Ride

Great announcing helps an audience understand what makes a round matter. The new Announcer Console brings the order of go, rider, horse details, and earlier-phase results together, so announcers can add context as the competition unfolds.

Quick pinny search helps them find a combination when horses arrive out of order. A cross-country view tracks who is due to start, out on course, and through the finish flags. Clear final-results and winner displays help mark the moment a division is decided, with a touch-friendly iPad layout for use at the event.

Welcome Competitors with a Connected Show Office

The redesigned public Show Office gives competitors and visitors a central place to find contacts, maps, and useful links before they arrive and throughout the event.

Rider country flags and groom names add more detail about the people behind each entry. Expanded groom records, including email addresses, also bring useful information into participant biography reports and exports.

Bring Important Entry Checks into Your Workflow

Check FEI horse and rider IDs directly against FEI records from an individual FEI entry or through a report across divisions. A separate USEF report checks horse, rider, owner, and trainer IDs across divisions.

USEA ID lookup lets staff find and import missing rider, owner, trainer, and horse records, reducing repeated data entry. Together, these tools bring more of the information your team needs into ShowConnect as entries take shape.

Make Paperwork and Show Day Preparation More Manageable

Set separate coggins requirements for in-state and out-of-state horses, with those requirements carried through entry information, check-in reports, and packet labels.

Electronic-signature tools now include status imported from Xentry, parent signer names, signature history, and larger update batches, helping staff keep entry paperwork organized.

Three more additions support your team’s day-to-day work:

1. Review entered dressage marks against the judge’s paper test with the new one-page Dressage Check Sheet.
2. Carry the running order from one phase into the next with 'Keep Previous Phase Order.'
3. Give staff access to the individual events they work on with event-specific access controls
   

Bring More Competition Formats Together

USEA Young Event Horse (YEH) and Opportunity Event Horse (OEH) divisions now have integrated scheduling, scoring, public results, and reporting. Young Event Horse settings can also carry forward when an event is rolled over to a new year.

New leaderboard options give participants and spectators more ways to follow their competition: The Jockey Club's Thoroughbred Incentive Program (TIP) standings by division and Team Challenge by Level (Points).
