The Chattahoochee Hills Horse Trials, May 16-19 schedule has been adjusted. All the national levels (A-BN) will ride Dressage on Saturday, May 17th. The CIC levels on Friday, May 16th. Chattahoochee Hills invites you to attend their next scheduled competition of eventing May 20 – 22. Dressage will take place Friday and Saturday from 8:30 am 'til 3:45 pm. Don't miss the exhilarating cross-country competition starting Saturday from 9 am until approx. 6:30 pm. Pack a picnic and comfy lawn chairs for Sunday's Show Jumping competition starting at 8:15 am.

As the 2010 eventing season kicks off this month, we hope many of our members are getting excited for this year's American Eventing Championships. In order to accomodate eventers and spectators, Chattahoochee Hills in Fairburn, Georgia, the new home of the American Eventing Championships for the next three years, have been hard at work gearing up for the national championships, including planting nearly 200 mature trees on the property.
After a record breaking twenty inches of rainfall, we were forced to cancel our last event of the 2009 season. Fortunately, the water has completely receded, but we did end up losing 30 cross country jumps. Normally even with several six and seven-inch rainfalls, the cross-country footing holds up remarkably well.
