The CCI2*-L U25, which was the first section to complete dressage, saw Michael Pendleton (USA) move into the lead on a score of 30.30 riding Boyd Martin and Stephen Blauner’s 7-year-old Irish Sport Horse, Carlsburg (Puissance x Flame and Passion).

Selena O'Hanlon of Kingston, Ontario and John and Judy Rumble's Foxwood High win the day, finishing the Derek di Grazia designed CIC3* course on a final penalty score of 30.4. The pair added just 2.4 time penalties to their dressage score, putting them ahead of second-placed Lynn Symansky (USA) on Under Suspection, who finished up with a score of 32.0.
Some of the best horse and rider combinations from across North America made their was down the center line today at the Bromont CIC Three-Day Event and leaders for all six divisions going in to show jumping had excellent dressage tests, but one combination stood out from the rest.
