The USEA Eventing Coaches Program (ECP) aims to produce and improve the craft and art in the teaching of riding and horse management through a pathway of workshops, assessments, and ultimately, certification of coaches.

As a lifelong student of the sport, Emily Mastervich, a USEA Eventing Coaches Program (ECP) Level V Coach and Faculty member, saw certification from the ECP as a rite of passage when she began her journey in 2009.

USEA’s Eventing Coaches Program (ECP) is a vital program for the future of eventing in the U.S. The ECP strives to educate coaches to improve safety, horse welfare, and enjoyment in eventing.
