VIDEO: Martial Arts Training to Improve Your Riding with Matt Brown

The 2017 USEA Annual Meeting and Convention may have come and gone, but thanks to our friends at Ride On Video you will have the chance to relive the action as we share videos of the different sessions!

High performance eventer Matt Brown has been studying martial arts for over 25 years and has used the principles and techniques he has learned in the dojo to help develop himself while in the tack. At the 2017 Annual Meeting and Convention, Brown guided participants in his session through a series of martial arts movements, explaining how those exercises can relate to your riding. Focuses included posture, core strength, balance, flexibility, and strength.
