Fees
Entry Fees • Mini-Event (Dressage, Cross-Country, Showjumping) – $125 • Combined Test (Dressage and Showjumping only) – $90 • Open Dressage Tests (Dressage only) – $30 per test Additional Fees • Office Fee – $30 per entry • Big Sky Horse Park Non-Member Fee – $40 per rider • Showjumping Schooling (optional, Friday afternoon only) – $30 • Stabling – $30 per stall for the event, one bag of shavings included • Additional Shavings – $12 per bag • Trailer Hookup – $25 per night, limited, first come first served Entries are due by Monday, September 14, 2026. Entries
Entries are due by Monday, September 14, 2026. One horse per entry. Riders should enter at Starter, Beginner Novice, Novice, Training or Modified-Training, either as a Mini-Event (dressage, cross-country and showjumping) or as a Combined Test (dressage and showjumping only). Entering Open Dressage? Enter the Open Dressage division once for each test you plan to ride, then email [email protected] with your name, your horse's name, and the test you want to ride. Paying online? If you pay by credit card and sign electronically, you do NOT need to mail anything. Mail your forms only if you are paying by check. No refunds without a veterinary or medical note, less the office fee.
Stabling/Veterinarian
Only 46 matted stalls are available. Stalls are assigned in the order entries are received, and a waitlist will be kept for entries received beyond 46. Tack stalls and stalls for non-competing horses are available only if all 46 stalls are not filled, with priority given to competing horses. One bag of initial shavings is provided per stall; additional shavings may be purchased at $12 per bag. Parking around the stalls is first come, first served. Limited trailer hookups are available at $25 per night. Please reserve as early as possible to ensure both a stall and a hookup. Stalls must be completely stripped upon departure. Your stall deposit check will be destroyed after inspection at the conclusion of the event if the stall has been completely stripped.
Dressage
Dressage tests for the September 19, 2026 event: • Starter – 2026 USEA Starter Test A • Beginner Novice – 2026 USEA Beginner Novice Test A • Novice – 2026 USEA Novice Test A • Training – 2026 USEA Training Test A • Modified-Training – 2026 USEA Modified Test A • Open Dressage – any USEF, USEA, WWDA or WE test. Enter once per test, then email [email protected] with your name, your horse's name, and the test you want to ride.
Cross-Country
Cross-country schooling is open through Friday, September 18. The non-member fee covers Friday and Saturday only and includes cross-country schooling. Those arriving early (Thursday) or leaving late (Sunday) who wish to ride at the park must pay additional day fees.
Other Information
Showjumping schooling will be held Friday, September 18 from 2:00–6:00 pm. Showjumping schooling is open to non-competitors; please pay at the gate. Optional donations. Several projects are planned at Big Sky Horse Park. Any amount added to your entry goes into a donation account for future park improvements and is greatly appreciated. Donations cannot be collected through Xentry – please include them with a mailed entry or pay at the event. The signing of the entry form releases the Board of Directors and members of the Missoula Horse Council, as well as show management, officials and volunteers, from any liability or responsibility for injury or damage to any horse, rider, other individual or property before, during and following this event. Riders and owners acknowledge that they are participating at their own risk.
