Entry Fees: Horse Trial: $80.00 EACH DAY IS A SEPARATE HORSE TRIAL. If you are attending both days, the total fee is $160.00. YOU MUST FILL OUT A SEPARATE ENTRY FORM FOR EACH DAY.. To be eligible for the Jaidyn Fisher year end best dressage score high-point, you must attend at least 3 of our series of 6 horse trials. PRE-ENTRY REQUIRED WE MUST RECEIVE BY 6pm Wednesday JUNE 3, 2026

Entries are email or hand delivered only. You must print this form and then scan and email or else take a picture of it and email. Forms will also be available at the barn. You may hand deliver cash or check with your entry. Please make checks out to Hearts and Horses. You may also use the online portal on the website homepage to pay with a card via Square. You may also pay cash the day of the event, or card with our Square reader, at check in. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED THE DAY OF THE COMPETITION! LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!

Ribbons to 6 places The Jaidyn Fisher memorial High-Point award: This will be awarded to the best combined dressage scores from a MINIMUM of three of our 2026 Horse Trials. Obviously, if your enter all 6 you will have a better chance to win the award. There will be two awards. One for:. Green as Grass +Starter and One for: Beginner Novice + Novice. If you change divisions, your score will carry forward. The two winners will be announced as soon as possible after the conclusion of the last competition.

There will be a few outdoor, 12x12 pipe panel paddocks available on first come first serve basis. Please contact Briella, 509-690-2489 if you want a paddock. This stabling will be 25.00 per night, please pay at check-in

CAMPER DERBY TEST: 2023 USDF introductory walk/trot test B All classes shall consist of Dressage in a 20x40 arena, cross country jumping course and stadium phase inside our large indoor arena. Lowest combined score to win.

GREEN AS GRASS: Ground poles to 18” STARTER: Jumps up to 2’3” BEGINNER NOVICE: Jumps up to 2’7” NOVICE: Jumps up to 2’11” TRAINING DRESSAGE TEST ONLY. The camper Derby outdoor course will be in the jump field only. The Stadium phase will also be abbreviated in order to provide a welcoming beginner experience. Cross Country jumps will be in a grass field plus woodland trails. More advanced levels to include uphill and downhill through the quarry. Plus a water obstacle. Shoes or boots on your horse are recommended.

Breeches, boots and helmet are required for all phases. Medical arm band recommended. Protective vest required for the cross-country phase. Formal clothing and braiding optional.
