USEF membership required at Preliminary level for owner, rider and trainer. USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels except Starter. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Prizes and 8 ribbons per division. The Jockey Club Thoroughbred Incentive Program (T.I.P) is offering ribbons and prize to the top placing Thoroughbred at each level.
