Negative Coggins certificate valid through September 27 2025 required for all horses.Horses without current Coggins on file or in hand will not be allowed on grounds.

Please include TIP registration number for horses that want to be considered for TIP awards(http://tjctip.com). These must be received by September 25th at 1PM.

The Starter division is recognized by USEA and will be assessed a starter fee. The Pre-Starter division will be run identically to the Starter division (although some allowance for unauthorized assistance) but is unrecognized and will not be assessed a USEA Starter fee; Neither horse nor rider needs to be a member of USEA to compete in these divisions. However, in order to get USEA points and qualify for the AECs, the horse and rider in the Starter division must become members of USEA and enter the recognized Starter division

Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801) b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801. r placing Sharps containers in convenient locations on Competition grounds and replacing them when full. Competition Management may fine any individual up to $100 for improper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments. Competition management will place notice of this requirement either in its prize list or on a specific handout given to trainers on check in at the competition.
