Thurs:Stabling open at noon. No early arrivals accepted unless special arrangements are made with show secretary. Cross-country open-3 pm.
Fri: Dressage starts at 8:30 am. Show Jumping for BN, Starter, and Intro will begin at 11:00 am. Evening: Competitor's Party at the "Top of the Banks".
Sat: Cross-country begins at 8:30 am.
Sun: Show Jumping for N, T, M, P will begin at 8:30 am.

Camping: $130.00\weekend, includes electricity, $165 with septic. VERY Limited availability. Must reserve through campground, not on entry from. (920)918-0942. Campers are allowed to camp in field without reserving site. NO amenities.
NSF: $50.00.Non-Compete Horses:Not accepted.

USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries
Include printed, legible, current email address on entry. All correspondence from Secretary will be via email. Entries will not be considered complete until payment is received. Changes\Scratches must be made in writing. $25 fee for changes after closing date. Late entries accepted if space available; must pay $50 late fee. Funds postmarked after close date will be charged late fee. Haul-Ins must pay $40.
Starter is exempt from USEA membership/horse registration requirements, and the USEA Starter/D&M fee does not apply. All horses competing in USEF competitions must have a 15-digit ISO compliant microchip attached to the USEF Horse ID record prior to competing.
Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries not accepted. No more than two rides per division. Reminder:
All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

Stabling/Veterinarian
130Temporary Tentstalls, doors included. All stabling at Sundance Farm.ALL STALLS MUST BE STRIPPED BEFORE DEPARTURE. Bedding not provided with stall but is available for purchase at $10\bag. $75 Clean Stall Deposit Required - check will be destroyed WHEN stall is stripped. Designate one stabling group name if you want to stable with others. Stabling fee $175 for weekend. Grounds Fee for non-stabled horses $40. Out of state horses must have Health Certificate.
Lights will be turned off each night, in the tents, from 10:00pm -5:00am.

All coursesask a wide variety of questions. All courses are good, final preparation before moving up to next level. Not recommended as aMove-Up course.Offers rolling to hilly terrain with open and wooded lanes. All levels offer water, banks, and ditches. Nice variety ofsafe, well built jumps.NO vehicles on course without permission. All dogs must be on leash and under control at all times. ($50 FEE FOR LOOSE DOGS ON COURSE) Cross Country Course will NOT be available for schooling after HT. Cross-country course closed September 1, 2026.
Other Information
Food available on grounds.Riders must have Pinny Holders. We will provide paper numbers. Competitor's party will be offered on the cross-country course Friday night. Free for volunteers and competitors. Limit 130 stalls. Will accept 160 entries.
Minors who do not have a valid driver’s license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in the state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind, including, but not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, or farm utility vehicles, on the competition grounds of licensed competitions. Minors who have a valid temporary license may operate the above described motorized vehicles as long as they are accompanied by an adult with a valid driver’s license. The parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating a motorized vehicle in violation of this rule are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from that operation. Violations of this rule will be cause for penalties against those responsible for the child committing the offense. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule.
The unsafe use of personal electronic transport devices, as determined by the competition officials and management in their sole discretion, that do not require a driver’s license to operate, including but not limited to segways, hover boards, and single wheeled scooters is prohibited on competition grounds. Operating such devices in areas where people gather may be deemed “unsafe use” if there is a risk of harm to others. If the operator of the device is a minor, the parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating the device in violation of this rule is accountable and may be subject to penalties. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule.
SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
