PER USEF GR845 horses must have been vaccinated for Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus within 6 months of entering show grounds! Out of State Horses: copy of current neg. Coggins within 12 months and Certificate of Veterinary Inspection within 30 days; not required for in-state horses. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Stabling: 12'x12' limited permanent stalls, with full doors, additional 10'x10' portable stalls with full doors, $230 for the week, 12 pm Wednesday to 9am Monday. Tack stalls may be available in the portable stabling, space allowed, $230. Two initial bags of shavings provided additional available for purchase, $15/bag. $50/night for early arrival.Stalls may not be altered in any manner. Horses hauling in for the show must pay the $40.00 grounds fee per horse. ONLY horses entered in the show are to be on the grounds, unless special arrangements have been made with Secretary. Footing is sandy loam grass fields and dirt trails with significantterrain changes and trees. Open fields and trails through wooded areas for all divisions. Includes banks, ditches and water forall. Starter and BN fences, someat maximum sizemay include versions of standard portable fences (cabin, table, oxers, etc.). Because of terrain these courses should be considered somewhat challenging for the level.P, M, T and Nalso have some maximum size fences with terrain changes but these courses can be considered more standard for the levels. Cross-Country course closed September 14.

Cross-country course closes on Monday, September 14. (cross country schooling by appointment only and depending on footing). Levels may be further divided/combined as entries warrant, state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. No stabling changes without permission of secretary or $50 fine. Food vendor on grounds. Dogs are welcome but MUST be on short non retractable leashed. If caught loose a $50 fine and yellow warning card to owner.Please clean up after your dog on the grounds and cross-country course. No unauthorized cars on course. No motorized vehicles allowed on Cross-Country Course. Electric bicycles only permitted on course when competition hours are not running on Thursday, NOT allowed during dressage. Bikes can only be ridden by individuals licensed for motorized vehicles. Do NOT drive on direct approach to fences to preserve footing. Only one ear bud in while operating a bike/motorized vehicle. No cardboard shavings/straw. No loud generators close to the main barn. Look for updates prior to the show on Facebook. Show Jumping is outdoor sand and rubber footing. Sharps container must be used per USEF rules. SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801) b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
