Early entry is strongly encouraged!. Entries must be received by closing date- late Entries not accepted!
The USEA strongly recommends entering as soon as possible to ensure your place in the championships. This includes anyone that still has pending qualifications, as competitors will be accepted based on date of entry.
Entries limited by division--not by level or overall entries. If oversubscribed on opening day, entries will be drawn as per USEF rules.
Both rider and horse must be fully qualified by Close Date. Full refunds (minus Office Fee) will be issued for entries not meeting AEC qualifications.
Rider must confirm that the entry has been made in a division for which they are eligible. Questions regarding eligibility should be directed to USEA. Change requests after closing date will be considered, but cannot be assured.
Rider must provide correct current horse, rider, owner, and trainer membership and registration numbers, signatures, and supporting documents for all pertinent national associations.
All entry fees include a $35 non-refundable Office fee.

- Late entries will not be accepted.
- Entry limits apply by division, not by the overall number of entries.
- If a division is oversubscribed on Opening Day, entries will be accepted according to applicable USEF procedures and rules.
- Both the horse and athlete are fully qualified for the division entered.
- Please confirm the entry has been submitted in a division among the eligible divisions.
- Any questions regarding eligibility should be directed to the USEA prior to entering.
- Changes requested after the Closing Date may be difficult to accommodate.
- Competitors are responsible for providing complete and accurate horse/rider/owner/trainer information and registration numbers (including necessary signatures) on the entry upon submission. Incomplete entries will incur a fee that is due at check-in

- Complete entries with all required fees paid will be added to the competition as space becomes available in divisions for which they are eligible. Entries will be accepted based on the date the entry and payment were completed, and status updates will be posted online.
- Waitlists will be maintained through the Friday before competition begins.
- Entries remaining on Friday, August 21, will receive a full refund.

STABLING REQUESTS/ASSIGNMENTS: Groups stabling together must be listed on stabling forms - PLEASE list ONE common name for the entire group on all forms! Any additions or changes must be made by closing date. Changes after closing date are $50/change fee and will only be made if possible.

1. Protective Headgear
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
