They do not know you are pulling a horse trailer & may send you through an underpass that will take your roof off! (Directions now have alternate route for anyone concerned about their trailer being damaged by Railroad Tracks or a low underpass. (see below) From Knoxville and West (I-40 or I-640 Bypass): Exit 394: Turn LEFT at light at exit onto 11E. Travel East approx. 16 miles to RG sign on left of hwy (Lowery Loop Rd). On right is New Market Church. Turn left and go straight at stop sign. At Baker Rd. turn left (signs will direct you from there). Approx. 5 miles. (NOTE: Do NOT take fork to the right on 11E that says 11W/25W.) ALTERNATE ROUTE FOR LARGE RIGS/RVS/CAMPERS:Follow above directions but go approx 20 miles from exit 394 on 11e to Hwy 92 N (Old Andrew Johnson)...Jefferson Memorial Hospital on right. Turn left on Hwy 92 N and go approx 4 miles to Groseclose Rd. Turn left, stay on Groseclose until it dead ends into Mill Springs Rd. Turn left on Mill Springs and go 0.3 miles to Repass Rd. Turn right on Repass and stay to the left on Pleast View Cemetery Rd (Repass forks to the right). Follow Pleasant View Cemetery Rd approx 0.8 miles until it dead ends at Indian Cave Rd. Make a sharp left and go approx a half mile to 3-way stop sign. Slight right curve a stop sign onto Nances Ferry Rd for 2.7 miles until you reach London Rd (sign that says Hubbard Farms posted on the fence). Turn right on London to down hill to River Glen. From Dandridge and East (I-40): Exit 417: Turn RIGHT at light at exit, onto Hwy 92. Travel North approx 10 mi. to 11E. Turn left (West) for approx 6 mi to RG sign on right at Lowery Loop Rd. Turn right at Lowery Loop Rd and follow directions above. ALTERNATE ROUTE FOR LARGE RIGS/RVS/CAMPERS:Follow directions from Dandridge and East but when you turn on 11E go approx 2 miles to Hwy 92 (Old Andrew Johnson Hwy, by Jefferson Memorial Hospital on left). Turn right onto 92 and follow directions above under ALTERNATE ROUTE from Hwy 92.

Entries

Entry Fees: A $25 non-refundable office fee is charged per entry. USEA membership and horse registration required for all levels, EXCEPT Starter and Pre-starter Divisions. Divisions may be further divided or combined if entries and qualifications of riders warrant. Number of riders are limited by scheduling capabilities. Double entries are not accepted. Negative Coggins within past 12 months is months required. No changes allowed in office on Friday of event unless mandated by USEF regulations. : Starter Test and Pre-starter Test: No USEA membership required for horse or rider. INTERMEDIATE: A minimum of 5 entries required to run this division. Late Entries: $50 charged after closing date, July 28, 2026. By USEF rule: COMPLETE entries INCLUDING payment must be in office by midnight of Closing date, July 29th. Any entry received AFTER Juy 28th is LATE. If the show does not fill, Online services will remain open for processing entries including late fee. Payment at time of entry via credit/debit card required.Late Change Fee: $50 charged for any change made to entry after closing date,July 28, 2026. NO CHECKS accepted for late entries... Payment required through Online services or Venmo. 1) Enter online through www.useventing.com/onlineservices preferred. If the electronic signature is completed, (e-sign), Coggins and Stabling Form uploaded, and entry paid for with a credit card, no hard copies are required to be sent to office. Any required membership cards, and Stall Deposit, may be brought to office. 2) Enter online, print out full entry and sign. Send in entry, Coggins, stabling form, and include check for fees. Send separate stall deposit (per horse) and snail-mail. Management preference is to enter through the USEA Online Entry Service. Please remember, PAYMENT determines date of entry! Stabling FORM: Requests need to be noted by placing same name (trainer, barn or person to be stabled with) on stabling form. Late entry stabling requests may not be able to be accommodated. STALL DEPOSIT: $50...a separate check for each horse must be included for STALL DEPOSIT. If multiple horses are paid for with 1 check and 1 stall is left uncleaned, check will be cashed with no refund. Person that writes check is responsible for rider that check covers. If rider doesn't clean stall, owner of check is responsible to request refund from the rider. Venmo deposits are an option... @River-Glen and please list name of rider and horse for which this deposit applies. CASH given for the STALL DEPOSIT (instead of the requested check) assumes the stall will NOT be cleaned and no refund will be given. Refunds: Before closing date, full refund less $25 non-refundable office fee. After closing date no refund (with exception of USEA Starter and D&M fees), unless stall and/or entry is filled from waiting list. A Post-Closing Office Fee of $50 will be charged for any horse withdrawn after closing that is replaced by a horse on a wait-list. WITHDRAWAL ACCEPTED IN WRITING, OR ACKNOWLEDGED EMAIL TO SEC'Y BEFORE CLOSING DATE. Competition cancellation-No Refund. Reminder: 1)All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. All early arrivals must email secretary. Addt'l nights $50 per stall. Initial 2 bags shavings included in cost; additional bags $10 each. Stall deposit: $50; send separate check PER HORSE. Stalls must be STRIPPED (not picked) orstall deposit check will be cashed. $50 fine for switching assigned stalls without permission from secretary. Tack stalls $160. No shavings provided. Veterinarian: Will be on grounds through event. Emergency # also posted at secy's office.

Max height 3'7".M: 2200m - 3000 @490 mpm, Max height 3'5".T:2000-2600m@ 420-470 mpmMax height 3'3".TN/N:1600-2200 m @35-400 mpm, Max height 2'11".BN: 1400-2000m @300-350 mpm. Max. height 2´7".Starter: 1400-1800m @300 mpm, approximate height 2'3". Exact distance and speed on maps at event. Terrain: Varied. All courses average. Water at all levels - BN crossing. Bank, Drop, Ditch are possible at all levels. EXCEPTION: No Drop on Beginner Novice. Cross-country course closed July 18th.

Other Information

Cross-country course closed July 18th. Competitor packets available after 10 AM on Friday Concessions on grounds. Dogs must be leashed. All fees owed at packet pick-up must be paid in cash or by cashier's check. Stall deposit must be paid by check. If paid by cash, no refund. Cross Country Schooling permitted, with trainer present, for those who are eliminated after show is over on Sunday at no charge. For others who wish to school, fee is $25. Liability forms must be signed in office.If possible: Competitor Party on Saturday is complimentary to all. SUBCHAPTER EV-9 dRESS 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801) b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.: “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith.” Motorized Vehicle Statement: Minors who do not have a valid driver’s license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in the state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind, including, but not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, or farm utility vehicles, on the competition grounds of licensed competitions. Minors who have a valid temporary license may operate the above described motorized vehicles as long as they are accompanied by an adult with a valid driver’s license. The parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating a motorized vehicle in violation of this rule are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from that operation. Violations of this rule will be cause for penalties against those responsible for the child committing the offense. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule. The unsafe use of personal electronic transport devices, as determined by the competition officials and management in their sole discretion, that do not require a driver’s license to operate, including but not limited to segways, hover boards, and single wheeled scooters is prohibited on competition grounds. Operating such devices in areas where people gather may be deemed “unsafe use” if there is a risk of harm to others. If the operator of the device is a minor, the parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating the device in violation of this rule is accountable and may be subject to penalties. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule.
