Take Dryden East approx. 7 miles to Hosner. Turn right to go South to Casey Road and turn right. Farm on Left. Parking in field just to the west of the main farm, look for signs and parking attendants to help you. From North- Take I-69 to M24 South exit to Dryden Road. Take Dryden East approx. 7 miles to Hosner. Turn right to go South to Casey Road and turn right. Farm on Left. Parking to the west of the main barn, watch for signs and parking attendants to help you.

Ride times will be posted on Event Entries. Friday July 10th:Stabling open at 12:00 pm. Cross-country and show jump courses open-3:00 PM. Saturday July 11th:Dressage M,T, N, BN, starter dressage 8am, Show jump starts at 11:30 AM with the Modified division. All Saturday events will take place at Rattlewood Farm Sunday July 12th:M,T, N, BN, starter XC begin at 9:30 AM at Hunter’s Run farmSchedule could change depending on entries, Facebook page Hunters Run Horse Trials/ East Creek Stables Events. Permanent stalls on Rattlewood farm grounds, temporary stalls will be available in tents if entries warrant. 14 additional permanent stalls at Hunter’s Run farm are also available. Muck Fee:$0 - you do not need to muck out your stall before you leave Ship-In Fee:$50.00 for horses who are not stabled on the show grounds, one time fee. Late Fee:$50 is due if entry isreceivedafter CD, and accepted only if space allows. Refunds: Before closing date: less $25.00 non-refundable office fee; withdrawals will not be honored unless emailed to [email protected]. NO PHONE/TEXT WITHDRAWALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Modified, Training, Novice, Beginner Novice, and Startercompetitors must be USEA members and horses registered with a least a limited status. ALL scheduling and stabling requests must be made at time of entry. Requests cannot be accommodated after CD.**All requests to stable with a groupmust use one group name on all entries or request will not be accepted. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org. Stabling available at Rattlewood Farm where Dressage/Show Jumping will take place. Stabling will be in permanent stalls and if needed temporary tent style stabling will also be available. Stabling for the weekend is $225 Friday- Sunday Vet and Farrier information will be posted at the show office. No charge for camping, but there are no hook-ups available.

PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801) b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
