IEL Team Challenge registration - Please email Linda Nicholas ([email protected]) to submit your IEL team rosters of three or four members for the challenge. For any individual riders or smaller groups, please ask to be included in a scramble team. Competition cancellation-refund divided among competitors after expenses paid Neg .coggins & health certificate (w/state entry permit) required for out of state horses.WA residents should check most up-to-date info from state veterinarian on whether coggins/health cert is waived. Horse Vaccination Reminder: Per USEF rules we require all horses to have proof of Influenza and Equine Herpes vaccination within 6 months of show to be the on grounds. You may be required to show proof of vaccination. USEA current membership (Junior, collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (limited or Full) are required at all levels including Starter. REMINDER: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Awards

Awards through 3rd place, Ribbons through 8th place. 1st & 2nd place team awards. Prizes sponosred in part by Gallops Saddlery, Kerrits, and Toklat Originals Area VII Adult Team Challenge, co-sponsored by Area VII Adult Riders. All amateurs may compete without restriction; competitors without an amateur card are eligible if they have not ridden two levels higher in the past 2 years. Prizes to all first place teams, ribbons to third.

Stabling/Veterinarian

Limited temp covered stalls. Covered stalls $210, uncovered 12x12 corrals $100, available from Thurs. pm to Monday am. No arrivals before Thursday afternoon without permission from organizer (email only: [email protected]). Stall doors (covered stalls), stall guard/chain (corrals) & initial straw bedding only provided. Additional bedding: straw $10/bale, shavings $12/bale. Extra bedding available for purchase from secretary at show- those wanting large quantities please alert secretary in advance. Haul-in fee $60. Contact secretary for tack stalls (if available), no stabling available for non competing horses. I-3100 m @ 550 mpm. P-2700 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 450 mpm. N-1950 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1800 m @ 350 mpm/max. fence height 2'9". Starter- approx. 1200 m @ 300mpm, max fence height 27".I,P,T courses, average, with some hills and forest trails. N, BN, Starter: average, with tracks including forest and open fields. Starter:water optional, no banks, no ditch.Aerated footing in all phases. Turf footingat all levels;sanded galloping tracks through forest. Terrain: Hills, fields, forests. Other Information

Area VII Adult Riders ATC (Adult Team Challenge), offered at BN, N, T, P levels. Great prizes. Regular team formats- 3-4 riders of the same level, best 3 scores to count. $10 per rider, open to all riders 21 & over who have not completed more than one level higher than the level they are registering to ride within the past 2 years.Teams may be formed before event or any time before start of dressage. Practice Jump Rounds Friday: dressage and show jumping practice rounds- check website mid-June to sign up for time slots www.inavalefarm.com DOGS MUST BE ON LEASH AT ALL TIMES. Nosmoking in competition and stabling area. SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801) b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
